No. While I do allow slight wording changes to the invitations, any requests to change colors/graphics/etc. will be treated as a custom order.

How long after I order can I request a refund?

You may request a full refund within 2 days of ordering, or before your final files are sent to you. For digital invitation purchases, I will not issue a full refund once you have received your final file without the watermark. However, I strive to satisfy every customer and am happy to discuss any issues you may have.

For printed invitation orders, do you offer physical proofs/samples?

At this time I can only offer digital proofs.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

How long do you keep files of my custom work?

I keep my client's files for up to 30 days. In that time frame, I can send any files you may have lost. After 30 days, your files will be deleted from my collection.

How long does the design process take?

The design process varies with each package and is dependent on client responsiveness. Each package lists the designated schedule for that design service, but varies from client to client.
